Kierra

Hi everyone! My name is Kierra and I am a Veterinary Assistant at Pet Health Plus. My job is to help the techs and doctors with everything they need from cleaning and holding to getting meds and assisting in surgery. Sometimes you will see me upfront helping with reception too! I also manage the business Tiktok and get to take the patient's photos for their accounts. 

My friends and coworkers joke that I run a rescue from my house.  I have had a passion for caring for animals since I was little and working and learning here has only helped that love grow. I began working at PHP in 2021 as a kennel attendant. Since then I have continued to expand and sharpen my skills to move up in the business. 

My dream job is to be a veterinarian. Aside from working at Pet Health Plus, I am currently a pre-vet student at The Ohio State University, volunteer at a horse farm, and run a pet-sitting business!  

I have had a passion for caring for animals since I was little and working and learning here has only helped that love grow.

A fun fact about me is that I am actually VERY allergic to cats and dogs, but, I will not let that stop me!
