COVID-19 Policies


During the COVID-19 outbreak, Pet Health Plus will continue to remain open to serve you and your animals. We are reacting to the epidemic with shortened hours and protocol changes to protect you and our staff. We have implemented Curbside Service and are allowing a limited number of people into the clinic at any given time, as well as increasing sanitization of the clinic. We also now offer a Telemedicine service through Petriage that allows you to message or video chat with us from your home; there is a link on the home page of the website that will tell you more about that.

Our hours of operation during this time are at the bottom of the website should you wish to bring your pet in. Please call 740-369-1922 or select "Request an Appoint" on the home page to schedule an appointment.


Telemedicine is a new product we are now offering due to all of the changes with COVID-19. This allows us to video chat or message with you and your pet from the comfort of your own home should you have any questions or concerns. There is a link below that will take you to the portal where we will live chat with you. Please call the clinic ahead to schedule a telemedicine consult. Talking with the staff over the phone will also help us determine how urgent the issue is, to determine if you should bring your animal into the clinic for the doctor to see them sooner.

The doctor will discuss payment during the consult; we are able to take payment from you during the call in the portal. During the consult, if the doctor finds it necessary that you bring your animal in, the charges from Telemedicine will be discounted from the office visit.
